made up of homeschooling families who wish to pass on traditional homemaking to
the next generation, mothers and daughters meet twice each month at the Farm
Bureau Building in Quincy learning homemaking skills and participating in
community service projects. Yearly dues
are $15 per family. Date and time will
be determined by the members.

A playschool/mother's day out program that will meet
from 10am-1pm on either Tuesdays or Fridays (TBA). Lots of outdoor time,
painting, cooking, & hands-on learning with an emphasis on friendships
& family support. My hope is
for parents to make friends as well so they can support each other as their
children grow into more formal homeschooling! We'll meet through mid-November the first
semester, with spring dates TBA. Parents do not need to stay, although
they are welcome to come observe or participate anytime. There is a small
fee which will depend on where we rent. We have 3 possible locations at
the time of this printing, so contact me if you would like updates or more
information. Ages 3-6, 14 spots total, 5 left.

If you have a new
fieldtrip idea, or would like to organize a fieldtrip, please do so! Simply check with Cindy Crist cristcindy@yahoo.com who oversees the
QACHE calendar to be sure there is no major conflict with other events. Then send out a group email with your
specific details, sign-up, etc. Remember: As coordinator of a field trip, please
designate a photographer for submitting photos to the yearbook.
